簡介
香港經絡醫學會成立於1995年，是一個非營利性的專業社團，並且獲得政府註冊與認可，同時也是世界中醫聯合會的成員。本會的核心宗旨是研究、發展及推廣經絡醫學，以此服務廣大市民。"經絡"一詞源於中醫的經脈和絡脈，其中經脈是經絡系統的主幹，貫通人體上下、連接內外，而絡脈則是經脈的分支，遍布全身。
本會致力於將經絡醫學的理論應用於臨床實踐，涵蓋方脈、針灸、按摩推拿、理療及整脊等多種中醫診治方法。我們堅信，深入了解並掌握經絡理論和特性是提高治療技巧的關鍵。
此外，香港經絡醫學會定期舉辦學術講座和經驗分享會，促進會員間的交流，並與國際中醫界進行學術交流，不斷追求學問上的創新與進步。我們致力於將經絡醫學的研究成果與現代學術知識相結合，推動本學科向更高水準發展。

Introduction
The Hong Kong Jingluo Medical Association was established in 1995 as a non-profit professional organisation, registered and recognised by the government, and a member of the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies. Our core mission is to research, develop, and promote meridian medicine to serve the broader public. The term “Jingluo” refers to the main pathways (meridians) and their branches (collaterals) within traditional Chinese medicine, which connect the upper and lower parts of the body and the internal and external organs.
We are dedicated to applying the principles of meridian medicine in clinical practice, encompassing various traditional Chinese medical treatments such as herbal medicine, acupuncture, massage, physiotherapy, and chiropractic care. A deep understanding and mastery of meridian theory and characteristics are vital to enhancing treatment skills.
Moreover, the Hong Kong Jingluo Medical Association regularly organises academic lectures and experience-sharing sessions to foster communication among members and engage in scholarly exchanges with the international community of traditional Chinese medicine, striving for innovation and advancement in our field. We aim to integrate the findings of meridian medicine research with modern academic knowledge to propel the discipline to higher standards.
